At times, we might simultaneously be awakening literally, politically, and spiritually, as there is much overlap between the three. Oftentimes, we are subconsciously awakening, and when we can bring conscious intention to any of these, even the literal act of waking up in the morning, that is where the magic lives. When we do this collectively, or in community, this is where alchemical shifts can happen - the ones that change the course of history. Whether you’ve never been to our freeform dancing and movement (Danceground) experiences or are a seasoned participant, our Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Danceground was made for you!
The DIY packages are specifically designed to be self-led (no need to book a facilitator) and can be done alone or with friends and family as often as you'd like!
Each PDF DIY package includes:
a link to the playlist (note: please have access to Tidal streaming app in order to play)
information about the theme/playlist
instructions about how to work with the moon cycles and other astrological events
a guided intention setting
guidelines for the dance
invitations to consider as you dance
You can set aside a couple hours to work with a particular Danceground or an entire day or weekend - that's the brilliant beauty of DIY!
