“The thought even of dancing is terrifying to me, however, I was still able to enjoy Surrendirt's dance party. I used the space to help motivate me to move by going on a walk. Hearing the music and knowing others were there with me helped inspire me to keep going!"

“I tuned in to see what this (Danceground) was all about. I love…loved…to dance when I was younger – don’t last as long now, but I wanted to see the energy of Ren and others dancing. The music was lovely…nice and slow to start and then it got me moving a bit (off my chair!) and I exercised my “smile” muscles the whole time! Definitely worth the time to tune in.”

"This was my first time dancing with folks via Zoom, and it was an absolute delight! I'll admit I felt a bit awkward at first, but Ren has such a calming, kind presence, that I felt at ease right away! I enjoyed that we started the dance session with a brief meditation. I particularly liked when Ren said, "Thank you, body!" I often forget to do that! The playlist Ren created was so much fun! We started and ended with slower songs, and the songs in between had such a fantastic, varied rhythm with upbeat songs to sing along with and dance to. I really like that Ren encouraged folks to dance as much or little as they chose, take breaks for water and snacks, and that they specifically made this a safe, welcoming space for folks of all abilities. The energy and playfulness of this time together was amazing! I am very much looking forward to another dance hour and another epic playlist!"

“I had so much fun with the Danceground today. Great music to listen to while I dusted and cleaned my desk! I danced around on my new hips. And I loved the thoughtful prompts that Ren sent over the Chat screen. Ren is very inspiring! also, I attended the Poetry session and wow...I wrote a poem! I surprised myself and was very proud. Thank you, Ren!”

“I attended DanceGround and found it to be a great emotional release. Even though I kept my camera off, I was able to feel a sense of community and connection. It was very therapeutic. Even if you don’t think you have time, log on- you can do almost anything while listening to DanceGround!”

“I embarked on a 6-week spiritual coaching session that exceeded my expectations. Ren was great at explaining the process, answering my questions, following up with notes and information, and above all holding a safe space where I could be vulnerable. I feared goal setting previously because I didn't want to fail. Ren coached me in a gentle way to make attainable and flexible goals each week. I was so excited to share my follow-up progress as the weeks went on. There were deep emotions under the layer of day-to-day happenings that I had not processed and/or healed. Each week I worked through those and was able to identify the emotion and the block that kept me from moving through. Ren felt very much like the light in my unhealed cave of trauma. I was able to make the connections that were keeping me from achieving personal goals. Ren is the best hype person as you evolve! I felt seen, heard, and always safe in the space we shared. I highly recommend this service with this incredible human.”

“I have recently completed my coaching sessions with Ren. I have to say that I really didn’t know what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Ren provided me with a few questionnaires to fill out and they were actually fun and informative for me. Then, as our sessions progressed, I was able to find goals that I wanted to accomplish and unique ways in which to do so. The atmosphere on the Zoom calls was always very relaxed and comfortable – no pressure just thoughtful feedback and Ren had a great way of assisting me with finding my own answers – who knew! I find myself thinking about the tools they provided as they seem good to use in my everyday life.”
