Though I am based in the great overlapping expanse of Nipmuc, Pocumtuc, and Mohican lands, in what is called “Massachusetts,” I conduct all of my coaching sessions online via Zoom and am able to meet with people from all around the world!

*Coaching sessions are scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays, between 10am and 2pm ET, with room for occasional flexibility outside of those hours - just ask!

Events and group cohorts are often scheduled outside of these hours on Saturdays, with an occasional early evening weekday event.
