WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will move to the ❤️🔥 GrrAttitude ❤️🔥 playlist, which is a new playlist being conjured into existence as you read this!
This playlist is a portal to fierce femme(inine) power, a cauldron of both dark and light energy alchemized for folx of all genders (yes, we all have access to feminine and masculine energies).
❤️🔥 GrrAttitude ❤️🔥is equal parts fiercely-intuitive-sensual-magnetism (grrrr... attitude) and creatively-authentic-elegant-beauty (gratitude).
Reminder that Danceground is a come-as-you-are online freeform dancing and movement space for people of all ages and abilities - you could choose to chair dance, turn your camera off, do your chores, wiggle around on the floor, lay in bed, take us on a walk with you - truly, the possibilities are endless.
We begin with a welcome and general overview of our playlist/theme, followed by some insights about how to work with the current placement of the moon and any other astrological events as we dance, followed by setting intentions for our time.
We are then invited to consider guided prompts as we move to the music together (each LIVE participant receives a PDF copy), then we come back together to regroup and check in at the end.
All Danceground sessions are video recorded (speaker-only view) and playbacks are available in the Shop or in the Danceground collection in Surrendirt to Community within a few days.
Community really is such potent medicine, and often the first step to moving towards this is to JUST SHOW UP in all of your humanness and trust that you will be received.
Danceground is intentionally carved out, with your help of course, to be a place where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment.
