Dr. Savannah is a naturopathic doctor, yoga teacher, and heart-centered human.

She provides holistic, root cause healthcare to humans of all kinds in Kirkland, Washington, and offers Mindbody coaching support virtually.

Dr. Savannah’s favorite thing about her role as a doctor is watching people have AHA moments as they come into a healing relationship with their health.

She thrives on time in nature, creating and eating yummy food, connecting with like-minded souls, moving her body, and hunting down live music.

How it all began...

Dr. Savannah’s Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) story began with her brother Christian’s mystery illness ten years ago.

Once her brother was finally properly diagnosed, Dr. Savannah studied Dr. Shoemaker’s protocol, received mentorship in CIRS medicine, and their family went all-in on helping Christian recover.

A few years ago, she then went through her own healing process— Dr. Savannah discovered that she was living in a water-damaged building with elevated inflammatory markers and mild but obvious symptoms.

Helping to creatively bring to life Dr. Savannah’s story was a full-circle healing experience for me - this is what I’m here for!

I met Dr. Savannah when I was at an incredibly terrifying and hopeless point in my healing journey, after nearly a lifetime of unsolved medical mysteries.
