Wherever you may be in this world, and whatever you are doing, I’m here to offer you this FREE guide, originally lovingly created by me for a dear friend who was going through a bout of acute insomnia while also journeying with acute illness.
This sweet little guide has since been edited and adapted to reach YOU, whether you’re two-stepping with insomnia or just looking for a few useful sleep hygiene techniques - take from it what resonates with you and leave the rest for others to try!
Am I a doctor? Heck no, though some say my life experience and intuition combined qualify me to be one 😏
Am I a therapist? Still no, though I’ve been encouraged to go down this route several times.
Am I a sleep medicine practitioner? While this seems like a super cool profession, it is not something I’m certified to do.
Who the heck am I to create a guide to encourage rest for acute insomnia and sleep hygiene, then? I am a human who experienced long-term insomnia, journeying to the faaaar edges of consciousness, before arriving at a root cause diagnosis AND has a robust toolbox of techniques to show for it. I also happen to be a certified life and spiritual coach who has coached humans to create space for more rest and leisure in their lives, which is just a rad added bonus.
