What is the GrrAttitude portal anyway?!? ❤️‍🔥

This playlist is a portal to fierce femme(inine) power, a cauldron of both dark and light energy alchemized for folx of all genders (yes, we all have access to feminine and masculine energies).

The word “woman” is repeated, and experiences of being “woman” are centered throughout this playlist, which is intentional. If you do not identify as woman, you are invited to enter the portal with reverence for those who do and are challenged to identify the parts of yourself that might connect to, or disconnect from this experience. If you do, or any part of you used to, identify as “woman,” this playlist is for you.

Welcome home.

The entrance to the portal begins with the sound, “Grr.” I invite you to say “Grr” out loud now and notice the way your lips part and peel back into a sort of snarl. Notice the way your teeth, stomach, and fists clench. “Grr” is an expression that humans often use to communicate anger, frustration, or annoyance. “Grr” invokes our animal selves and calls them forward, feral and ready to fight.
