Whether you’ve been receiving my emails for a while or you’ve just recently learned about these sweet little bits of inbox magick, I’m sure you’ve heard me mention Surrendirt to Community (ya know… the online community where we root in creative alchemy and come home to our gifts) at least once at this point 😉

And with everything else you’ve got going on in your life, I imagine you’ve thought something along the lines of…

“Woah, that looks super cool but with the world in chaos around me, systems crumbling, and an uncertain future looming, I just don’t have the ____ (time, energy, money, etc.) to commit to something like that on a monthly basis right now.”

I get it.

I just canceled all but one of my online community subscriptions not long ago for similar reasons.

When it’s a choice between food on the table and a roof over your head, sometimes these “extra” things get pushed off the plate.

That’s why I decided to make all Surrendirt to Community events the most accessible they’ve ever been, with or without a membership.

(No worries to the folks who’ve been in Surrendirt to Community all along, or those who are still considering signing up for a membership. Nothing has changed for you, none of your benefits are being taken away or given out for free, and a community membership is still the most potent way to root in creative alchemy with us).

The one small change I’ve made is to add an option that allows you to sign up for individual monthly events without purchasing a monthly membership.

All you have to do to sign up is click on the event(s) that interests you below and RSVP. The rest of the information about what to expect, pricing and how to pay for individual events, etc. is contained within each Google Calendar invite.

That’s it.

Easy peasy.

Once you respond to an invite, you will automatically receive future monthly invitations, and you get to decide each month whether you want to participate and how much of the sliding scale you can contribute.

So if you’ve been on the fence about whether to join Surrendirt to Community and are looking for a way to participate but not have the pressure of a monthly commitment (or access to all of the additional benefits that the community has to offer), this is it.

Just because the world is in chaos around us and many of us are being asked to dig deep into a survival mode of sorts, does not mean that we need to cut ourselves off from joy and pleasure.

In fact, joy and pleasure, community and care, creativity and play, have proven to the be antidote time and time again in my own life and throughout the history of our species.
